We will clarify the mechanism, conditions, and terms related to the City of Legends store. • Exchange Policy: 1 - An exchange request can be made within a maximum period of 7 to 10 days from the date of receiving the order, by contacting us via WhatsApp. 2 - The estimated shipping cost, borne by the customer according to the chosen shipping company, is 22 to 30 riyals. 3 - Be sure to send the order number and photos of the products you wish to exchange by contacting us via WhatsApp. 4 - When exchanging any product, it must be in its original condition and original packaging. • Exclusions: - If the mistake is from the store, the store bears all shipping and delivery costs without any additional amount from the customer. • Return Policy: 1 - A return request can be made within a maximum period of 7 to 10 days from the date of receiving the order, by contacting us via WhatsApp. 2 - When returning any product, it must be in its original, unused condition, in the same condition and original packaging of the product. 3 - The customer bears all shipping costs, and if there is an error from the store, the store will bear all shipping costs. 4 - The estimated return shipping cost is 22 to 30 riyals according to the chosen shipping company, and the amount will be deducted from the product cost. 5 - Important notice: The initial shipping cost paid (by the customer during the order) is non-refundable due to the benefit from the shipping and delivery service. 6 - The amount will be refunded, and the transfer will take 7 to 10 working days after the returned shipment reaches the store and its integrity is confirmed. • Modifying or Canceling the Order: 1 - The store has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer if it is found that the product is unavailable, for any reason, whether technical or due to an error in the entered quantity. 2 - The store has the right to cancel or reject the order and refund the amount to the customer for any reason. 3 - In case of order cancellation or if the order is not received after shipping, shipping fees will be deducted. If the shipment has been shipped and a shipping waybill issued, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount according to the shipping value in the invoice, and the amount will be refunded (excluding the initial shipping cost) after the shipment returns to the store. The transfer to your bank account may take 7 to 10 working days. 4 - No modifications can be made after the order. 5 - If shipping was free and the customer wants to return the order, the initial shipping amount and return shipping fees will be deducted. Due to some store restrictions and health reasons, the following products cannot be exchanged or returned: - Sets or shirts printed upon the customer's request. Important notice: - The store is not responsible for any mistake by the customer regarding the address, as the shipment is sent to the address registered in the order by the customer.
